We hope this can inspire you to become a successful person too! It is worth listening to a successful entrepreneur or to people who share their success stories. We can significantly learn many things from the experiences of them, by listening to their story.

What will better than this, if we got a chance to know his inspiring journey from him; over to him:

Hi, I have always been curious about how things work, right from a young age. From opening up toys to a keen interest in Physics and Computer Science, the only force that stopped me was the outdated education system.

Like many young folks out there, I joined engineering to learn more about science, to feed my curiosity, and to give life to ideas. However, I encountered various assignments and theoretical studies, that meant little and had no scope for growth. Theoretical knowledge is only half the story, Engineering is all about problem-solving and building solutions. I started focusing on self-research and learning to code through the internet and programs such as the Google Developers Students’ Club.

One of my friends, who is also a law student, asked me about the possibilities of preserving digital evidence for cybercrimes. Combining our knowledge of law and computers, we developed Expert Evidence, a tool to capture content from the internet with evidentiary quality using forensic methods that comply with the local law and international standards.

Most of the time, when cybercrimes are reported, the evidence presented will be screenshots, which are not considered valid as they can be tampered with. We have now developed a web extension that helps the user to capture the content with cryptographic functions and time stamps to hold authenticity. Making people aware of the importance of such a tool was quite a challenge in the first place. The easy to use one-click approach made it a bit easier for them to adapt. Anyone with no legal or technical expertise can use our tool with ease. Cyber Police Departments from various states such as Kerala, Karnataka, etc are currently using the tool, and it also will be accessible to the public soon.

We are currently working on improving the tool for scalability and performance. I spend hours coding and fixing bugs without breaks. I start and end my day in front of my system.

Entrepreneurship is often stressful occasional breaks are vital. Travelling to surely does help.

I strongly believe perseverance is the key to success, don’t wait for motivation, self-belief. Though dropping out of college frowned many faces, being supported by the Catalyst Program of Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, definitely brought a proud smile to family and friends.

My word of advice for the young aspiring entrepreneurs, programmers, thinkers, and problem-solvers will be: make use of the twenty-first century’s most valuable resource “The Internet”. Never completely depend on school or college. The constant thirst to learn more, to improve is the best push to reach heights.
